How text consent works

DARA sends coordination texts from +1 (480) 771-7495 only after a contact starts a conversation, provides their phone number, or confirms opt-in by SMS.

Opt-in flow

  1. A vendor or contact starts the conversation, provides their number, or confirms that DARA may coordinate by text at +1 (480) 771-7495.
  2. A contact may opt in by replying START or YES.
  3. DARA states the purpose: vendor coordination, scheduling, appointment logistics, and support.
  4. DARA provides opt-out language: reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
  5. The contact can continue the coordination thread, or opt out at any time.
